Yes. Every LuminFrame is designed, engraved, assembled, and tested by hand in the United States.

Our proprietary internal design reduces light bleed while guiding LEDs directly into the engraved acrylic, creating a clean, even glow in a standard frame format.

Absolutely. LuminFrames are popular for weddings, anniversaries, pets, memorials, and meaningful family milestones.

Depending on the design, you can customize names, dates, quotes, layouts, and photos. Each product page shows exactly what can be personalized.

Yes. If you have an idea that is not listed in the shop, reach out before ordering and we will see what we can create together.

We do not provide proofs for standard designs. Each order is carefully formatted by hand using the details you provide. If something seems unclear, we will contact you before production.

We engrave exactly what is entered at checkout. Please double-check spelling and dates. If you notice a mistake immediately after ordering, contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help before production begins.

LuminFrames are powered by an included external power adapter and plug into a standard wall outlet.

Yes. You control when the lights are on or off by using the included remote control.

While the frame does get warm, it is not hot to the touch. We use low-voltage, energy-efficient LEDs. The frame is designed to safely dissipate heat and remains cool to the touch.

Production typically takes 3 to 5 business days since every frame is custom-made to order.

Most orders arrive within 3 to 7 business days once shipped. Expedited shipping does not reduce production time.

Not at this time. We currently ship within the United States only.

Yes. We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders.

If your frame arrives damaged or does not look right, contact us within 2 days of delivery with your order number and a brief description and photos, and we will work with you on a resolution.

Yes. If there is a legitimate craftsmanship or quality issue, we will make it right. Your happiness matters to us.

Use a lint free microfiber cloth to gently wipe dust from acrylic—no paper towels (they scratch!). Avoid harsh cleaners and prolonged direct sunlight. If running for an extended period of time, reduce the brightness of the LEDs.

Yes. LuminFrames are suitable for wall mounting or shelf display. We include both hanging and standing hardware in the box.
